January 10, 2012 - The Canadian Baton Twirling Federation is pleased to announce the selection of judges for the 2012 Canadian Winner/Championships in Regina, Saskatchewan:

November 30, 2010 - The CBTF is announcing today a new partnership with Preferred One Integrated Marketing Solutions: Shop & Support. This program provides CBTF clubs a new revenue stream to help support their baton twirling activities.

The Shop and Support Program is the easiest, best way for clubs to raise money on a consistent basis through your supporters' everyday shopping. It's simple! Clubs purchase gift cards and certificates from PREFERRED ONE at a discount. The club sells them at full-face value and keeps the difference for fundraising activities. Your supporters use the cards & certificates to purchase goods and services at 100's of national and local establishments, including leading retail stores, grocery stores and restaurants.

The OBTA is excitedly looking forward to seeing baton twirlers from coast to coast in Barrie Ontario, from May 18 – 21, 2012 for the Canadian Team Trials and Trillium Invitational Open!

October 9, 2011 - CBTF- and USTA-certified Judges are invited to submit an application to judge at the following 2012 National and International competitions:

At the CBTF Summer Board Meeting, the hosting rights for the 2011 Canadian Team Trials competition were awarded to the Ontario Baton Twirling Association. Georgian College in Barrie, Ontario will be be the competition venue.

The OBTA is planning a competition with something for everyone - an Open competition for athletes of all levels will be offered in conjunction with the Team Trials event.

The Canada's Got Talent show will be holding auditions throughout September and early October for a new series called Canada’s Got Talent – similar to the American version.

The June 17 version of the set system for the upcoming 2011 International Cup is now available and attached below, along with two corrections to that version.

The official schedule will be available on the 2011 International Cup section of the WBTF website - the schedule below is condensed for the Canadian Contingent. Please note that this schedule is subject to change.

August 1-5, 2009 will be used for judges meetings, WBTF meetings, registration and the International Clinic.

In-country training for the Canadian Contingent is scheduled from August 1 through Aug 5.
