March 21, 2022 - The Brochure and Entry Information as well as Host Hotel information for the 2022 Canadian Team Trials and Northern Lights Classic Open is attached.The preliminary Competition Schedule is available - it is subject to change, based on entries Participants should note that attendance at the Contingent Clinic on May 23 is mandatory for all contingent members.

Entries

• The entry deadline is April 8, 2022, 11:59 pm. All entries are timestamped by the online entry system.
• Entries must be submitted online:

• Payment must be made by Interac eTransfer to treasurercbtf [dot] ca. eTransfer instruction details are included in the brochure attached below.

Practice Gym Requests

• Deadline for practice gym requests is April 22, 2022, 11:59 pm. Any requests received after the deadline will be handled on a best-efforts-basis only.
• Requests must be submitted online: https://form.jotform.com/220715352101238
• Gym time will be scheduled for Friday May 20, between 12 noon and 5 pm. Morning time will be added only if interest warrants.
• Once all requests have been received and the allocation of gym time is confirmed, the CBTF Treasurer will issue an invoice to the email provided on the Gym Request form.

A few details to note:

• All Team music for the 2022 Team Trials and Northern Lights Classic Open must be submitted electronically with your entry form. All music files must follow the CBTF Music Labelling and Tagging protocol (https://cbtf.ca/article/music-labelling-and-tagging).
• Photographs: Each Team Trials athlete (competing in freestyle, pair, or team) must submit a headshot that will be used in the souvenir program.
• Health Certificate for all Team Trials athletes: The official CBTF Health Certificate is attached to the brochure and is also available on the CBTF website. It must be completed and signed by a physician. The form should be submitted to officecbtf [dot] ca. Electronic copies are acceptabe - they must be a clear, scanned copy, not a smartphone
  picture. The Health Certificate must be submitted by May 1, 2022. If the medical certificate is not provided, the athlete may not be eligible to compete at the Team Trials.

Host Hotel (The Atlas Hotel) information and booking details are also included in the brochure. Please note, the Stay to Play policy is in effect for this competition. The reservation deadline is April 22, 2022.
