Please take note that Georgian College does not allow any outside food to be brought into the competition facility. To accommodate our baton twirlers and spectators during the competition, the restaurant located in the Athletic Centre will be open on Saturday from 11 am - 5 pm and on Sunday from 11 am - 2 pm.

Clubs should arrive 1/2 hour before their scheduled practice time.

During that half hour, your club will pay Mrs. Little for practice time, pay any outstanding balances for your clubs registrations and pick up your clubs athlete packages. These packages include official programs, any pre-ordered T-shirts and the club's set of Trillium Pins.

The CBTF Contingent Hotel Worksheet and Payment Forms are now available. These forms were revised on May 8, 2013 due to a date error on the Hotel Worksheet (Aug 12 is the first Extension night).

Details about the various options in the Canadian Contingent Package are also posted online.

April 10, 2013 - Event Registers for the Individual & Pair events are now available for review.

April 16, 2013 - Event Registers for all events (Solo, 2-Baton, 3-Baton, Artistic Twirl, Artistic Pair, Team and Group) are now available for review.

April 29, 2013 - Final version of Event Registers for all events.

Most of the details of the Canadian Contingent Package to the 2013 International Cup in Almere, Netherlands have been finalized. The Hotel Worksheet and Traveler Payment Forms have been posted - these can be submitted at any time, but no later than the Contingent Meeting after the IC Qualifier.

The request form for Practice Gym Rental Time (available to Clubs, Teams or Individuals) is attached.

April 25, 2013: Please note a change to the tour itinerary. The trip to the Zuiderzee has been replaced with a visit to the Anne Frank house and museum.

The official International Cup schedule will be available on the 2013 International Cup section of the WBTF website - the schedule below is condensed for the Canadian Contingent. Please note that this schedule is subject to change.

Canadian athletes and coaches must arrive in Almere no later than Sunday, August 4. In-country training for the Canadian Contingent is scheduled from August 4 through Aug 7.

August 5-7, 2013 will be used for Registration, WBTF Meetings and Judges meetings.

April 16, 2013 - Today the Canadian Baton Twirling Federation announces that Leah Howard, DC, has been selected to be the Team Manager for the Canadian Contingent to the 2013 WBTF International Cup in Almere, Netherlands.

The Registration Form for the 2013 Pride of Canada Open Clinic is attached.

This form only needs to be used by Coach/Parent Observers OR by athletes that are not competing in the Canadian Winner/Championships or Maple Leaf Open. Competing athletes should register for the Clinic using the Master Entry Form.

As part of the athlete accreditation process, the WBTF requires that all athletes provide a Health Certificate indicating they are in generally good health and are fit to compete.

All members of the CBTF International Cup Contingent (athletes, coaches, judges, officials) are ambassadors for Baton Twirling in Canada and of the CBTF. This privilege is accompanied by certain expectations and responsibilities, as outlined in the attached Code of Conduct.
