Compulsory Suits

1985 AGM MOTION #8
  Pat Stevenson moved that Twirl Canada have made up the adult size of the compulsory suit, as per sample, with the tights in solid red that will be accepted as the National Compulsory Leotard for try-on by Jr and Sr athletes.

 

1988 STM MOTION #18
  Debbie Nikolai moved that we approve the bodysuit worn at the 1987 World Championships with the diagonal stripe, to go from right shoulder to left hip, as the official CBTF compulsory body suits effective August 1, 1988.

 

1990 FEM MOTION #11
  Elva Taylor moved that those doing Level B and C compulsories will wear either the 1991 compulsory body suit or the 1988-90 compulsory body suit. The remaining inventory of CBTF bodysuits to be sold for $15.00 each. CBTF bodysuits must be worn for Level B compulsories at Provincial Team Trials effective 1991.

 

1990 FBM MOTION #10
  Brenda Cooper moved that the people who still owe money for the bodysuits purchased for use at the 1990 Worlds be re-invoiced with the consequence of non-payment of outstanding amounts being noted on said invoices.

  Debbie Nikolai moved that the 1988-89 compulsory bodysuits be cleared (ie: sold) at a cost of $5.00 each.

  Ron Kopas moved that a male version of our official CBTF Compulsory Suit be developed and purchased through Perfect 10.

 

1995 FBM MOTION #61
  Cyndy Park moved that we accept the September 21, 1995 proposal from Pat Andrews, on behalf of Simply Best Active Wear (Edmonton), regarding the CBTF Compulsory Suit.

 

1996 SEM MOTION #5
  Elva Taylor moved that we use Simply Best Active Wear for the supplying of the CBTF Official Compulsory Suit for the year 1996-97.

 

1996 SEM MOTION #6
  Elva Taylor moved that the CBTF Compulsory Body Suit that is worn must have been made by an official supplier as designated by the CBTF. CLARIFICATION: Body Suits supplied by Perfect 10 prior to 1995-96 are acceptable.

 

1998 SBM MOTION #33
  Kellie Hart moved that a black, sleeveless tank-style body suit (by choice of the athlete) be acceptable for Level B and C athletes in all Level B and C Compulsory Events.

 

2008 FBM MOTION #17
  Gail Ashcroft moved that CBTF design a new compulsory suit for athletes to wear at the International Cup, effective 2009.

 

2009 FBM MOTION #43
 

Karen Gratton moved that the compulsory suit (from the company) "Fever" is to be worn by Level A athletes. Level B and C athletes shall wear the Fever or a black bodysuit.
