The Quality Suites has been selected as the Headquarters Hotel - it is conveniently located near the 401 in Whitby. The organizing committee has negotiated a special group rate of $125 per night, plus taxes. Large 2-room suites with fridge, microwave, king bed and a sofa bed are available - each suite sleeps 4 comfortably. The group rate includes a free hot breakfast, free wifi and free parking.

Accommodation is also available at the Durham College Residence & Conference Centre, located on the Durham College campus. The organizing committee has negotiated a special group rate of $89.95 per night, plus taxes. Suites are individually air-conditioned and include:

• Two guest rooms, each with a double bed
• Private kitchenette complete with microwave and fridge
• Private in-suite three-piece washroom
• Wired internet and cable television
• All bedding, towels and toiletries are included
