BOD Conference Call Apr 13/08 MOTION #12
  Karen Gratton moved that CBTF cover the SOCAN licensing fees for the year 2008 for all registered CBTF Clubs in Canada (57 @ $64 each = $3,648.00). Funds to be taken from the 2007 Worlds account to pay for the current (2008) year.

 

2008 SBM MOTION #8
 

Michelle Bretherick moved that the CBTF Treasurer shall invoice each province at the beginning of November each year for SOCAN fees. Based on the athlete numbers as at June 1st of each year, the annual fee charged will be as follows:

  • Small Clubs - 9 or less athletes = $20.00
  • Medium Clubs - 10-20 athletes = $60.00
  • Large Clubs - 21 or more athletes = $105.00

CLARIFICATION: This will not include Clubs that are already licensed by SOCAN.

 

2009 FBM MOTION #6
 

Michelle Bretherick moved that every club will be charged an amount based on their club registration information for that season at the current SOCAN rate.

CLARIFICATION: Those clubs who already have a SOCAN registration number are exempt, providing they provide their SOCAN registration number with their club registration for that competition season.
