Progressional Model

1996 FTM PROPOSAL #53 (Ratified - 96 FBM - Motion #13)
  Elan Paluck proposed that the new CBTF Progressional Model being developed by the CBTF Coaching Advisory Commission and the CBTF Technical Committee receive the full support and endorsement of the CBTF Board of Directors.

 

1997 FTM PROPOSAL #18 (Ratified - 97 FBM - Motion #22a)
 

Ron Kopas moved that we accept 1997 Annual Judges Committee Recommendation #8 which has been revised to read:

That the CBTF Judging Modules be changed to more accurately represent the Progressional Model:

CURRENT CHANGE TO  
Module 1 Module 1A (Basic, Forward Motion, Pre-Medley)
  Module 1B (Pre-Solo, Pre-Solo Dance, Pre-2-Baton)
  Module 1C (Pre-Group, Group Timing & Penalties)
Module 2 Module 2 (Solo, 2-Baton, Medley, Solo Dance, Duet)
Module 3 Module 5 (WBTF Events)
Module 4 Module 4 (CBTF Team and Dance Twirl Team)
Module 5 Module 3 (Corps)

2004 FBM MOTION #17
 

Karen Gratton moved that Proposal #19, 2004 FTM (Recommendation #4, L2/M1 Course Workshop, Sept 2003) be accepted as follows:

That the CBTF Progressional Model Chart be revised as per discussions held at the September 2003 L2/M1 Course Preparation Seminar.

 

2011 FBM MOTION #20 – 2011 FTM Proposal 1
  Elan Paluck moved that CBTF endorse the Progressional Model by using it to guide decision-making with a 10 year implementation horizon.
