  Betty Infilise moved that the new executive be given the power to devise a multi-year plan following the elements defined by the Sports Federation of Canada.

 

1984 FTM MOTION ??
  That, in order to meet our mandate of formulating technical programs for Canada, the National Technical Committee requires direction from the National Executive including basic philosophies, aims and objectives, short range and long range plans.

 

1996 FTM PROPOSAL #53 (RATIFIED - 96 FBM - Motion #13)
  Elan Paluck proposed that the new CBTF Progressional Model being developed by the CBTF Coaching Advisory Commission and the CBTF Technical Committee receive the full support and endorsement of the CBTF Board of Directors.

 

2001 FBM MOTION #24 (AMENDED - 2002 SBM - Motion #16)
 

Betty Davis moved that, effective immediately, all changes, additions and deletions to any and all CBTF Programs be suspended until the year 2004. At the 2004 Summer Board Meeting, a planning session will take place and future changes and new program plans will be approved. During this 2 year period, the following should be completed:

  1. Update new Group Manual
  2. Update Policy Manual
  3. Prepare new Technical Manual
  4. Update Competition Manual
  5. Complete M1B and M1C
  6. Complete L2 Coaches Manual

 

2011 FBM MOTION #20 – 2011 FTM Proposal 1
  Elan Paluck moved that CBTF endorse the Progressional Model by using it to guide decision-making with a 10 year implementation horizon.
