Karen Gratton moved that CBTF Executive issues a letter to the Ontario Baton Twirling Assoc. suggesting that the outstanding amount owing for the Stick-ee fund-raising project (approximately $1,400) be paid to CBTF over the next year; however, CBTF will consider OBTA's offering of "service-in-kind" for the upcoming 1993 CBTF Technical, Technical Committee, Executive and Board meetings - most of which will be hosted in Ontario. |

Marinus Vandermeer moved that any outstanding OBTA debt owed to the CBTF at the end of 1993 (due to the 1991-92 CBTF fund- raising event) be considered as money on loan to OBTA to host the 1994 World Championships. If OBTA makes a profit from hosting the event, OBTA would repay the loan to the extent that the profits allow and any outstanding debt be considered as "service-in-kind". If OBTA loses money, the outstanding debt would be considered as "service-in-kind". |
