Sally Ford moved that CBTF adopt the following statement:

The WBTF is opposed to the use of "banned substances and performance enhancing practices". We believe that the use of drugs negates the principles of fair play and equal competition. the WBTF encourages all countries to educate their athletes on the health and ethical problems arising from the use of these substances.
