1982 AGM MOTION #20
  That the rules and regulations for disqualification be read aloud, printed in the program and/or posted before the start of every sanctioned Twirl Canada Federation contest. This will be done in French and English where applicable and MUST be done in both languages at National events.

  That all national brochure, pamphlets, materials, etc. must be printed in both English and French.

  That it is the responsibility of the provincial reps. to submit their reports in English and French for the AGM.

  That it is the responsibility of the Twirl Canada Federation executive to have their reports for the AGM translated into French for distribution to those in attendance at the AGM. Reports to be submitted to Pat Stevenson by Sept 30, 1984.

  That Betty Infilise request Baton Quebec assist in making English/ French dictionary of baton twirling terms.

  That Betty Infilise have French score sheets typeset and printed and the CBTF pay costs.

  Bess Little moved that the written annual reports be submitted 30 days before the AGM to the President and Secretary of CBTF and that the annual report be in English and French, if possible, and that copies of the annual report be available for distribution at the AGM.

  Betty Infilise moved that Quebec be responsible for having the Corps Manual translated into French and that Rules and Regulations (already translated into French) should be updated.

Karen Gratton moved to pay Ashley Thompson the following amounts to translate course examinations into French:

L2 Coaches Course Exam - $500.00
L1 Coaches Course Exam - $125.00

Ms. Thompson is to provide CBTF Treasurer with an invoice for these services upon completion.

 

EXEC E-VOTE Jan 10/09 MOTION E3-09
  Karen Gratton moved that an additional $125 be paid to Ashley Thompson for the completion of the translation into French of the Coaches Level 1 Course Exam. Ms. Thompson is to provide the CBTF Treasurer with an invoice for these services upon completion.

 

2012 FBM MOTION #10
  Joanne Moser moved that the CBTF implement a pilot project for manual translation beginning with the L1 Manual, and allocate $500 from the Equity Project to be used for this.
