The WBTF Role Model video is available for viewing online. Each event has been listed in a separate video.

These videos are presented in this method as a service to our Technical membership, but these online videos should not be considered a complete substitute for WBTF resources, including any performance example scripts and WBTF event capsule summaries.

The CBTF Technical Committee has approved an update to the CBTF Long-Term Athlete Development model. This model is based on the Canadian Sport Centre’s Long Term Development Model. In each phase, the Model relates the athlete's development stage to their participation in the sport.

This model is a very useful guide for coaches, athletes, and parents.
