December 1, 2020: PDF Fillable versions of the Level A/B/C Compulsory scoresheet and judge's master, and the Jr/Sr Short Program scoresheet and judge's master have been added. 

December 9, 2020: PDF Fillable versions of the Pair scoresheet and Freestyle scoresheet have been added.

March 9, 2021: Pre-Competitive Medley II fillable form has been updated - several 'Good' boxes were not working properly
