The entry form package for the 2009 Canadians is attached - in both PDF and Microsoft Word formats.

The entry form package has several parts:

• Athlete's General Information
• Open Competition Individual/Duet entry form
• Winner/Championship Competition Individual/Duet entry form
• Level A/Level B Team Trial Events entry form
• Open Competition Group Events entry form
• Winner/Championship Competition Group Events entry form
• Pom Pom Team Demonstration/Critique entry form

All cheques/money orders are to be made payable to: "Alberta Baton Twirling Association - CBTF".

Please do not submit entry forms that are double-sided.

Provincial entries are to be submitted in ONE PACKAGE to Michelle Bretherick, Canadians Entry Processor NO LATER THAN 7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE LAST DAY OF YOUR PROVINCIALS.  Exception:  New Brunswick/Nova Scotia entries must be submitted no later than June 2, 2009.

The Pom Pom entry form is also an exception - as some Provincial Winner/Championship competitions have already taken place, Pom Pom Team entries can either be sent in with the Provincial Package of Entries OR must be received no later than June 2, 2009 (the sooner the better please!!).
