CBTF Scholarship Applications

This scholarship is intended to assist a competing athlete who is balancing the demands of post-secondary education with the demands of training.

Importance of a Good Training Diet

There are no miracle meals that can be consumed prior to, during, or after a competition that will compensate for a poor training diet. Athletes should always eat a well-balanced diet rich in complex carbohydrates to prevent chronic energy depletion and nutritional deficiencies. January 19, 2011 - The deadline for applications for the 2011 Team Investors Group Amateur Athletes Fund is MONDAY, JANUARY 31, 2011.
